前台服务员的素质极差 一边说话一边玩手机 退个房退了20多分钟 说衣架丢了 非让我去楼上核实 我还能偷你衣架么 说找不到就罚钱 ，说我的和客房大家去对质，客房要说没了他也不管就的罚钱 我说找经理他说经理在休息 我还说你好好找找我着急赶车 他到好 说跟他没关系 找不到就罚钱 后来客房找到了 连一句道歉都没有 退押金一句话没有就往那一放 说话不看人 这就是大酒店应该有的服务理念么 房间本身光线就暗 你少了东西不先自己好好找找 他先质疑顾客 非得让我自己去找

太差了，空调的声音超级大，根本休息不好，订的豪华双人间，房间比想象的小得多，被子特别潮。还有一点就是服务态度超级差，超级差，超级差，一个星都不想给，说话像是没听见一样，态度也不好。
