酒店硬件设施老旧，不干净，而且半夜还关掉暖气，把人冻醒。酒店称他们是晚上11点停，早上5点开，可实际上是早上7：30才打开暖气的。海边这个时候很冷的。

确实比较陈旧了，很多设施还是需要更新和调整的。
开发区的条件不尽如人意，大环境吧，很多方面需要提高，不一一说了，店家自己去考虑吧。

酒店大堂设施像五星，房间3星，位置一般。虽说离海近，但海边很脏，和大笔架山那里比较起来，性价比不值。

在会和不会推荐之间，我犹豫了很久；
因为这家酒店的确很差，晚上房间内蚊虫肆虐，我全身都被咬的体无完肤，房间设施什么的只能用一个字来形容：差！
可是，在锦州开发区，很难再找到另外一家酒店了。
有家新开的酒店，需要提前订，可能还不错不过这次我没订到。下次一定再试试看订另外一家。
