什么服务态度，我4点来的，说必须6点入住，订单没写6点入住，我就选这个日子住的，你要是写上6点，我就不来了，和我说那就没有发票，发票我没要，中午让我退房，也说服务台没说让我今天离开，还整个我提前住了，你不给我卡我能进屋啊，还说我情绪激动，4:19到6:00还给我加个钟点钱，行，锦州就你一家宾馆被，喊什么啊？你这么能喊，你去收废品啊

酒店前台刚进去就跟我欠她们钱一样、态度超级差劲、入住酒店打开电视、只有七八个电视台、有的台还带雪花、打电话给前台、人家说、这算好的了，别人都是两三个台、我只能呵呵了、走南闯北这么多年、这是住过最差劲的酒店了、只能呵呵
