房间小，服务态度极差，设施被褥埋汰，屋内闷，空调老化不好使，建议旅客们不要选择此酒店，脏乱差的典型代表，酒店同价位中的次品，今后在锦州绝不在入住本酒店。

定了个豪华房，进去一看真是够“豪华”。整个酒店都是KTV风，房门锁简单得没有安全感，地毯上各种污迹，桌上的小广告也是很直接，整晚旁边不知是什么机器的轰鸣就没停过，床单上还有没洗干净的血渍。不过不得不说还算对得起这个价格。
