锦州新港湾酒店还是不错的。受环境的影响，锦州开发区很萧条，景区和城市的卫生管理都不太好，这个酒店算不错的了。

酒店是老式的，墙壁漏水墙皮有脱落，房间很潮，中央空调不太管用，但是离笔架山很近
