酒店是锦州的地标性建筑，位置优越，停车方便。房间面积较大，加床后不觉拥挤，适合一家人旅行居住。工作人员服务热情周到，入住后很快帮助我们准备了三个人用的洗漱用品。五星级酒店卫生条件一流，只是床垫略微有些软。没有在酒店用餐，周围可选餐饮很多，烧烤、铁锅炖鱼、火锅应有尽有，特别是烧烤，食材丰富，被誉为锦州特色，推荐外地客人品尝。我们住了一晚，留下美好印象。

锦州最好酒店，巿政府边上，设施喜达屋标准没得说，前台服务热情。餐厅服务让人怀疑，几个小男生稀稀拉拉，食物少而不新鲜，摆放点心是用手抓，一次性手套都不戴，取食物时看到两个男服务生正把餐厅食物往嘴里送。。。，这是喜来登吗?!
