一直以来对星程的好印象到此终结！第一，前台服务态度不佳，不负责任，虽然本人先通过艺龙预定，但到店时已声明是华住会员，希望以会员身份入住，但前台根本不理会。第二，该酒店的设施档次明显低于入住过的其他店，属于价高质低。第三，早餐档次还比不上如家或汉庭。
