在金凤凰酒店的背后，不在街面。属于农家乐型。但房子是新房，干净、整洁。老板也认真。在九华街上，游玩景点方便。只是房子价格偏高，在周边众多的农家乐中，优势不强。

酒店就在街中心，出行很方便，需要打电话叫老板出来接一下，自己第一次去肯定找不到，设施很新，洗漱还是要自己带，家庭居住比较好。
