酒店位置和设施不错，比涵月楼房间大，可惜毫无服务可言，管理和服务不到位，一点不人性化，前一天晚上吃饭喝酒喝多了把早餐券弄丢，早晨给总机打电话，一个傲娇的男声：不可以补办，按规定不行，就挂电话了。然后附近也没吃的东西，两个人就饿着肚子上山了，差评。北京的酒店也不这样，你们的规定还真tm给客人添堵。住你们家就是找饿的，没吃你早餐，收人家钱，还真好意思。差评，不推荐。
