酒店硬件设施一塌糊涂，房间连个柜子都没有，拖鞋也没有，只有两双塑料拖鞋，卫生间没有淋浴房，下水道还堵，洗个澡整个卫生间到处都是水，房间墙壁上石灰都脱落了，空调开了一晚上还是冷的，早上8点45去吃早餐，告知早餐已经没了。另外在携程下好单，房费预付，收到确实短信，但到了酒店前台居然查不到订单，打电话联系携程客服要求退单，客服居然蛮横的说预付不给退。差评，严重差评。

差评一个！洗澡水凉的，打电话给服务员说洗一会就热，我坚持洗完了都没热，2月份的天，洗温水澡啥滋味，大家想想吧！还有一个就是发票，当时没给开发票，推说过两天就寄，等了半个月也没寄，打电话催了好几次，承诺给寄，都当**了，当现在还是没寄！素质相当差！不建议入住！
