其他都好，就是服务的前台有点吃不消，我从很远的地方开车过来，已经很晚了，那个前台那么死板，非要我们自己跟携程弄明白，我们早就跟携程沟通过了，前台自己也是可以跟携程联系的啊，拖着那么久的时间不让我们入住，我们大人还好，关键两小孩还小啊！钱已经付了啊，而且就一个前台，电话接个不停，实在有点吃不消，把我们晾的时间实在太长了，这么简单的问题都不会处理，这种服务跟酒店档次实在不搭哦……

酒店环境很安静，酒店里面的风景也很美！酒店内服务员的态度超好，特别是门外的引导要表扬！房间内的卫生很干净，早餐也不错！唯一的缺点就是没有儿童拖鞋，牙刷，希望下次来能有改进！总体来说很超值，下次来九华山还住这个酒店！
