1酒店服务人员不太好，有好房间不给安排，看我网上订的就给安排最差的(一楼)，还好后面看到网上有写二层，给调到了二楼，实际三楼还是空的就是不给你住。早餐没有自助，说人少，服务人员给你打的就是外面1块钱不到的待遇，也不给我们减钱。环境还是不错的，服务有待提高。
