酒店环境还可以，就是对前台服务态度不是很满意，从住宿进来到离开，我没有从任何一个服务人员的脸上看到任何一个微笑，全部冷冰冰的给我办理手续，问个问题不是拧着眉就是苦着脸，给我一种不耐烦的感觉，我本来还想询问两句会员的问题，看到这脸色就没欲望问了，之前住你们家前台服务态度也是这样，我没在意，想着人多招呼不过来，可是住了好几次都这样，就有点无语了，要是小旅馆我就不说了，这样的连锁酒店服务微笑难道不是服务内容的一部分吗，不是职业要求吗？我又不是提了好过分的要求，看评论也有很多人说服务不错，尤其前台，我就纳闷了，难道你们服务还区别对待，是不是我办了会员才会给个微笑？呵呵
