情人节跟女朋友订了的，酒店卫生总体还行，也不吵因为我是住靠这个小区这头，就是酒店那个客服电话是没有用的，除了11点钟打电话过来让你退房，总体还行，但是服务这块基本是摆设。强烈要求把情侣房的电视换成网络电视，有个手机投屏功能啥的就好了，电视太挫还是机顶盒电视。

环境还好，卫生也还可以，服务一般，早餐餐具卫生程度较差，勺子没一个能吃的.其实这些都不算什么，最恶心的是第二天退房被前台服务员套路了12块钱，当时押金加房费给了400，对了农夫山泉3块一瓶！要钱的！也就是说房费加上消费的一共195，应退我205，结果前台服务问我有没有7块或者10块，当时想也没想就给了10块，结果她只找我203，后来越想越不对……车开出一段距离才弄清楚原来被套路了！骗我12块钱*******！*****
