酒店管理人员是时候提升一下酒店的问题了。多次入住你们的酒店，今天退房巧遇大雨，问前台有没有雨伞，车就停在酒店对面停车场马上送过来，结果前台几个人都说没有，不一会前台自己出去拿了把伞，这样的服务我这一生都不会住天海了。

不知为何这家店居然显示的是豪华型？很普通的酒店，濒临大马路，停车还得听到对面较远的一家洗车店，其实也就是没人管的江边地带。房间离长江还隔了一条马路，基本上也不属于江景房。最麻烦的是离市中心和高速出口很远，出城花了半小时。不推荐。
