在牯镇街上，从汽车站一路下坡，带行李很省力，离观光车也很近，前台接待服务很好，可在大堂自助购买观光车卡；离特色庐山恋电影院一墙之隔，美庐可抄近路前往；3楼总高，顶上可晾衣；7月天气凉爽，不用开空调

单位招待所，比较规范，让人放心。曾住过，再次入住。早餐10元一份，不如到街头合算。总体看，庐山上一般用餐，与山下差别不大。

设施老旧了，确实是24小时热水，要开五分钟左右才来热水。靠马路很吵，行人说话听的清清楚楚。要等晚上12点后安静了。宾馆在庐山恋电影院旁，离车站三分钟的路程，美庐走路五分钟，离街心公园7分钟距离。有停车场，有早餐，10元每位，儿童也需要买票。早餐是稀饭一碗可加，包子发糕馒头鸡蛋各一个，配小菜，小菜是腐乳，榨菜，土豆丁。早餐七点后开始，比较卫生。
