只想说不是一般的垃圾，建议大家以后千万不要预定这家酒店，我四点多预定的三间房，588。由于一些原因没办法去，五点多跟酒店交涉说能不能取消，我们愿意赔付百分之二十。结果酒店拒绝一分钱都不退，预定之前打电话给酒店也说几句就挂，态度极差，通过携程交涉也是无果，听风景区下面的本地人说这个酒店就是个坑，霸王条款，跟现实根本不一样。位置很远，条件也不好，但是不退钱。好好的旅游变成这样真的很扫兴，我们根本没有入住居然显示成交已经入住，在此之前酒店没有任何电话。希望大家不要上当受骗。

酒店比较偏，餐厅阿姨态度也太差了，厨房噪音太大，问她有没有牛奶一直听不见，大声问吧就说我凶什么凶，呵呵。。。
