房间设施比较旧，服务还好。就是换房的态度比较差，尤其是退回差价的时候服务不好。我订的是豪华间，230元/间，但是空调坏了，换到普通间了还不肯退差价，到最后谈了好久才退50元，但网上是148元/间，酒店做得不地到。

房间设施还可以，但其他方面的服务就太差了，发了早餐券，结果早晨7点半了餐厅还没人上班，总台打电话喊人过来后说没有专门准备早餐，能不能下碗肉丝面给我，真是无语啊。

去的时候大厅在装潢，但是不怎么影响入住。房间的墙上有少许霉斑。br位置也蛮好的。

财政局得酒店，家具装潢是很好的，就是老旧了，正在逐层装修，房间在经济型酒店中算大的，会朋友够大，位置很好，就是停车位太少。

位置好-闹中取静，离市中心和南湖很近，街边小店吃早餐很方便，湖边散步很好很近。房间较大设施全只是旧了，正在逐层装修。

门市价并不像同程网上写的280那么高。因为打出来的单子上面写的房价是168，感觉也没有划得来多少！那个窗户太恐怖，去的时候变天起很大很大的风，那个窗户就拼命的摇晃哐啷哐啷的响换房间也没有都是这样！卫生一般建议自己带毛巾。总体，只过一夜的话勉强还行！

只能说都很一般，吹风机是坏的，空调制热很慢，但是最应该改善的是洗澡水太冷了，不过服务态度还是挺好的。我打到前台说吹风机坏了，服务员马上拿了自己的吹风机来给我用~~~~
