😓😓卫生👎进房间一个多小时房间一股臭味，里面烧水的壶都是坏的，地毯上还有上一个客人留下的面条，踩了一脚都恶心死了

房间非常差，服务态度不好，明明定了续住的说没有，后来才知道是因为她们自己没找到，这种房型里面的床一点也不好，睡的难受不说，半夜窗外一直有水打在窗户上的声音，想问服务员，结果房间电话一直打不通，后来手机打给前台，保安上来后态度也非常差，什么也没说就说就走了，第二天订的其他房型，问服务员什么时候能换，她说会电话联系，结果1点多钟打电话说我们定了其他房型这个房间还没退要收超时费，当时人不在酒店，接到电话后立马赶到酒店，问服务员不是说了换房么，换房还要收超时费？那我们这张续住算什么？没见过这样的酒店前台，她竟然说因为她要把这个房间先结算然后在重开房给我们所以这个房间超时了要收费用，我真是醉了，直接换房不就好了么，这样想方设法想多收客人钱有意思？再说了开始到点了要退房，你怎么不打电话提醒呢，最后超时了才带电话说超时要收费，差劲！！！
