酒店很贴心，带父母孩子这种酒店很方便，还可以晒衣服，有烘干机，不潮湿。我们订了大床，到酒店免费升级为套房，还送来水果。有早餐，有晚餐，菜品很好，价格适中，性价比还是很高的，感觉很舒服。

这个酒店就是坑，除了坑还是坑，同程也是坑，都不知道怎么审核，这个酒店都这样子还能通过，别的酒店五星六星预定了不能入住只要没过点都能退款，这酒店只要一定，不管你住不住都不能退，打电话让他们预留还让客人再定一次，再付一次钱，当地的12315也是吃干饭的，估计也是只拿钱不管事的，打电话投诉没人接，庐山不应该叫庐山，应该叫庐坑！

定的套房，两房间两张床，两个洗手间。房间地板地毯很脏，洗澡水很小，早餐很差，半夜没有订餐服务，完全没有五星酒店感觉。服务员感觉也不专业，感觉像私人承包五星酒店。有酒店车送到庐山旅游巴士最近车站。br除了房间大，其他都不满意。

这次住的家庭房，1.8米和1.2米的床刚好够3大2小睡。房间除了地毯有点脏其他都挺干净的，两个阳台是连通的，外面风景被前面一栋楼遮挡了。入住和退房的时候工作人员都非常热情，有姜茶提供，也很热心的解答游玩路线。酒店离牯岭镇有段距离，适合自驾的朋友，但是胜在清静。还有一个观景台，观日落非常美。早餐还是蛮丰盛的。总体非常满意
