有点小插曲提前退房，游泳池没开遗憾！星级别够，山上能有此设施不容易！王思经理服务周到，留下深刻印象，诠释了标准的真诚服务！酒店下面景色秀丽，是亮点！以后来庐山还会住这里。

酒店服务很周到，设施也很齐全，酒店菜品也非常不错。特别表扬王思经理，细致周到，对我们提的各种问题，都笑容可掬的耐心回复，尤其中间有点小意外她也很好的解决了。最后，在我们启程时，她一直在酒店门口目送我们，直至车转弯离开，这种服务我们只在日本享受过。如今，在王思经理身上感受到如此高素质的服务理念，深表感谢！感谢酒店培养出如此优秀的管理者！

服务很亲切的饭店，入住时亲自带到房间，餐厅服务员主动帮你服务，尤其服务员王思态度更是亲切，有如家人一般！入住的山景房，俯瞰山岭，景色很棒！

孩子很喜欢亲子房间，厕所还配有儿童小椅子，方便孩子自己洗漱。房间干净整洁，园景房也很舒服呢，鱼池可以喂鱼，孩子很喜欢，而且酒店还有一个儿童游乐区，小朋友们很喜欢

酒店很干净，全程微笑服务，比之前在庐山住的住的华微要干净，整体感觉好很多，端午假期来的，第一天定了园景房，没有园景房，改订了山景房，到店之后，酒店看见我们带着孩子，担心来回换房不方便，给免费升级了亲子房。酒店的观景台环境也很好
