房间地毯老化有异味，房间有蚊子，房间无电蚊香，联系总台要求提供，回复:我们房间已经住满，没有电蚊香，我说那你打算让我们一家人挨咬吗？回复:对不起没有，态度恶劣，不耐烦，意思就是挨咬活该呗。另外房间只有3个衣架要求提供，很不耐烦，提供不了多少，我们没有备用
