原先预定的是公馆房，前台说离得远，可能服务没那么及时，换到了标房。酒店设施有点旧了。布草还算厚实，卫生条件一般。不能用上海星级酒店的要求来评价。只能说硬件4星，软件3星，服务4星。性价比不错，在春节期间这个价格不错了。

我跟朋友定的是陶然居，去之前电话咨询了下，那态度冷漠啊！没办法，同事说很好。抱着试试的心态去了，跟网上照片相差甚大，空调制热差，一晚上冷死人了。房门不密封，睡觉的时候都有冷风进来。太失望了！
