酒店设备不错，酒店的餐厅和早晨很差，特别是早餐，太坑了，比三星酒店的旅游团餐还差。。。另外，温泉真的很一般。。。作为一个主打温泉的四星级度假酒店就真的应该提高一下温泉设备的质量了。

房间设施比较简单，卫生还可以，值得推荐的是上汤温泉同城游搞活动，9.9元，很值得拥有！温泉环境不错！整个人可以放松，池子也挺多。

我是14号下午入住了上汤隐逸阁，厕所的台阶没有做防滑措施，而且也没有提示，凌晨00:30分老公起来上厕所在厕所的台阶上滑了一跤，摔的嘴巴下处，一直流血，酒店也找了人来说带去医院处理。当时以为只是嘴巴，想想算了，可是牙齿也受伤了，二颗牙摇摇晃晃想掉了。15号上午酒店经理带我老公去了医院检查医生说牙齿有可能会掉。酒店也说去大医院检查，可是因为时间比较赶，老公工地也出了点问题，我们就先回去，待牙齿以后的情况，酒店也说会掉再来酒店处理。服务态度蛮好的。也希望以后大家入住时注意。千万不要被滑倒！
