远洲真是不如从前了！首先，前台服务不好，一点微笑服务都没有，还特别不耐烦，一个女前台！其次，房间设施老旧，还不乐意换房，性价比真低，一点都没有一个五星酒店该有的设施样子！最后，住宿服务不好，连住两天，出去玩了晚上回来居然发现床单都没换，上下电梯，清扫的服务员带着清扫车居然也是一起坐住宿的电梯，挤得很，难道没有专用电梯了吗？！ 一个酒店的形象和服务特别重要，态度和善，笑脸相待也会加分很多，请加强培训管理吧！
