酒店处在一个科技孵化器旁边，稍微有点偏，不是十分热闹和方便，当然基本的餐饮店和小超市还是有的。酒店房间宽敞，没有异味，设施超出预期，甚至能达到4星的标准。晚上休息也非常安静。虽然是国庆假日，价格要比平时贵一点，但是总的来说，还是物有所值，值得推荐。
