酒店位置就在如琴湖边，酒店总台的服务员工作非常热心。离花径公园9分钟路程。很好。

第一次来庐山，位置还行在如琴湖旁边，就是山顶公交中心站太远，酒店没有接送车辆，自己拉着行李箱步行，入住酒店虽挂牌四星，但真的设备老旧，洗澡淋浴打开1分钟地漏不下水，漫出挡板，打电话喊服务员没人接，到服务台没有人，下午转完返回看见一个女服务员，说了一下情况解释没办法，这会没人去修，问可否换个房间，告知没房间了，都住满了（实际上有很多空房间）而且房间没有配备任何物品，包括一次性拖鞋，牙具香皂等等，告知后回复一会给送过去，不想多写，需要刺激的游客可以亲自体验一下。

地理位置特别优越，出行很方便，去哪儿都很近，服务也很热情，还给介绍了很多景点还有好吃的。配套设施也很齐全很温馨，住的非常舒服，值得推荐。

周围的环境空气都特别好，空气很清新。让人整个心情都变得很好，房间装修的也很有特色。卫生打扫的很干净，洗漱用品也都很齐全。服务态度也特别好，赞，赞赞！

在庐山上，这家酒店规模算是大的，不过设施与挂牌四星有相当的差距。虽然是山上，要求不能太高，不过淋雨龙头总不能是坏的吧，窗子总要能锁上吧，马桶和浴缸总要目测无污渍和水渍吧。但是这些都做不到。房间里的电话是不能使用的，找前台要打手机。虽然装了电梯，但是不能使用的。
