订6百多的商务江景双床房，进去之后发现给我的是很小的单床房，一看傻眼了，这个样子要626？与总台沟通后换了，发现服务不行。此外，小孩用浴缸玩水溅出来流到浴室地面，硬是流不下去，我检查一下是地漏堵了，喊服务员和师傅过来处理，结果用个小铁丝捅了半天也没搞通，无奈，服务员只有用毛巾一点点吸干。哎！这也是五星级？
