如果可以不点星的话，我真的一颗星都不想点。酒店的位置很偏，出行得上下坡几次。这都不是重点，酒店挂牌3星，价格200多点，常规来说价格也还合理。只是入住体验太差，家庭式管理，专横式酒店操作，守着景区就仗着皇帝女儿不愁嫁的态度。大冬天在没有室内暖气的情况下下午6点才集体给开空调。这样勉强接受毕竟白天大家都是要出游观光。重点！！！卫生标准太低，整个房间异味浓重，估计是拖地的拖布拖完洗手间没投洗干净又拖房间，***让人难以忍受。本来想调房试试，结果发现其他房间情况都差不多。就是自我卫生标准问题，挣钱没底线，做为一家星级酒店且不谈基础设施，底线难道不是安全干净么，没有干净何来安全。要么就不要挂星。不配，误导消费者。（我们在一早办理入住对方说房间没清扫，就寄出行李以前台，无法判断房间卫生情况，回来5点多，发现问题最终与酒店沟通失败，对方以在平台订房，无法取消为由，不给退房，我们当晚也没入住离开）写下这些，给各位游友提个醒，希望可以对选择酒店时有帮助，也希望酒店方自我约束，别给行业与风景如画的庐山抹黑。
