酒店是新开业的，前台服务人员极其不专业，电梯只能到十二楼，去十三楼需要爬楼梯，我都晕了！果断退房了！老板啊，你的酒店还需要提高服务啊

新开的，设施，服务都非常棒。提2点意见。一，楼下引导不是特别清楚。二，我住的房间，淋浴冷热水管装错了，应该在墙上做个提醒标示。
