酒店大堂很有文化气息，悬挂的是张芝《将军帖》中的几行草书，走廊里也有很不错的书法作品，有别于其他酒店，给人印象深刻。房间卫生干净，设施齐全，地暖不是一般的热，好在窗户可以打开一小半，就这样一晚上开着，真有点不知天外寒的感觉，其实没必要烧那么热的，有点浪费资源了。晚饭在二楼的餐厅吃的，味道不错，如果赶上有酒宴，上菜速度会比较慢。早餐种类较为丰富，味道也还不错。酒店前台工作人员有点面无表情的，和敦煌的艾斯汀酒店相比，简直不在一个层级，建议改进。
