前台服务挺好，酒店卫生也可以。酒店是在原先老酒店基础上装修的，但是装修的并不彻底。房间用品可能是新更换的，然而门、衣柜等应该还是使用的前一家酒店旧有的，岁月痕迹斑驳。酒店整体装修格调不高，比我在兰州住的和颐至格差档次了。酒店门前有一个小院可以停车。位置也还不错，附近有西关车站，距离市府广场、钟楼等也不远。酒泉城市不大，基本上打车市内不超过10元。

新开的酒店，都挺好的，就是隔音不太好，晚上睡觉一两点钟了一直听到隔壁不知哪里的男人在那叨叨，早上醒了还是他的声音。

房间住的很舒服，光线也好，服务也很好，本来是十二点退房，由于火车是晚上的，咨询前台服务员，服务员说可以免费五点前退房，真的是很开心的了！
