硬件一般吧，标间非常小，但是服务不是一般得差，前台爱答不理，第一天入住有两盒酸奶，第二第三天就没有了，说是送小饼干，但是必须每天问前台要……周围饭馆基本都是给游客的，最可气得是住了三天，最后一天出门的时候酒店的停车场保安竟然要停车费？？？！！！我给他说等我倒完车和你去前台理论，他马上让我走了……

服务员热情周到，根据客人行程建议敦煌旅旅游安排，利用当天到的晚上观看敦煌盛典。房间内叮咚有时间不听话，音乐停不下来。晚上和叮咚说声晚安所有灯熄灭只留夜灯，很有意思。
