北楼设施太陈旧，入住时前台一直说服务是一样的，可是实际上我住两晚，房间夜里冷得要命，盖两层被子还冻得睡不着；吹风机要跟前台借，服务员催用完马上还，说还要给别人用；早上六点多退房，头天晩上跟前台打过招呼的，结果没人，现打电话找来人，等了半个小时；住两晚，居然收我30元停车费。此酒店不推荐，绝对没有四星标准和服务，感觉就一招待所。

老牌宾馆，性价比很高，而且地理位置特别赞，从火车站乘12路车，下车步行5分钟之内即到，离沙洲夜市100米。服务很贴心，宾至如归！

安静舒适，服务态度超好！虽然北楼是老楼，设施不算新，但是旺季来敦煌旅游，性价比已经非常高啦！

住的标准间，虽然是4星级的名堂，配套设施整体比较老旧。价钱还是以旅游景点4星的标准价格。附近大小的旅馆很多，如果不住这里的豪华间的话，还是请选择别家的宾馆吧。至少性价比要比这里好一些。
