酒店环境、卫生、前台及客房服务都很好，就是我们入住的贵宾楼每晚12点都要锁门且连安全出口都上锁很奇怪，另外早餐只能算一般。

老牌涉外四星酒店，由于装修有味，所以设施评价四星，服务很好，尤其总台人员帮助想办法更换房间，位置优越，紧靠沙洲夜市，值得入住

服务态度非常好，后面有家兰州拉面好吃，离景区非常近，完全可以打车去，他们有保安执勤有保安室，安保非常好，房间设备算新。下次还会去的，四星酒店，五星的服务！

服务态度太好了，真心话。 比五星级酒店得服务态度都好 关键是太贴心了 因为从南方过来所以温差很大 感冒了 然后打电话问前台有没有温度计 直接去药店跟我买了一个温度计 然后我晚上去吃饭回来 服务员送了一碗姜汤说我感冒了可以喝姜汤去寒 然后让送什么 马上送过来 真的是没有话说。 比什么希尔顿洲际服务好太多。
