酒店很大，位置很好，比客栈一条街的环境好太多，房间宽敞明亮。整体来说不错。但房间窗户坏了，电视机没有信号，也打不开。还有那烧水壶所在的位置，一抬头就碰到上面的弧形玻璃，这个好像设计不合理，连碰了两次。

太差了，携程不应该签这样的骗子酒店，设施陈旧，服务差劲，大堂黑暗舍不得开灯，早餐是桌餐，花卷包子鸡蛋……比阳光沙洲五星级酒店还贵100多（这家黑店600多一晚），绝对骗子酒店，绝对不推荐！

骗子酒店！提前预定的房间不给住，酒店早餐只提供一个小时不说，规定时间内下去还说没准备够份数被旅行团的人把包子和鸡蛋都吃完了！提供了几样冷冰冰的小菜和两盘花卷就敷衍了，这种酒店还敢号称准四星？破的谁来谁知道！

相当不诚信的酒店，提前大半个月预定的房间，都确认了，晚上到酒店说套间定给别人了！！！补救措施也不积极，说自己酒店没房了，大晚上的还让去其他酒店找房，最后等了快半个小时才把人勉强安排下，还是加的行军床！！！一睡上去还晃晃悠悠！还说要加钱！骗子！！！
