宾馆属于四星级的，但感觉达不到四星标准，我们订的是三人房，灯光太暗，几乎没什么光度，最惨是安放在门口的一张床应该是从标间再加床变成三人间，那个位置没光度，本来室内灯光不足了，再没灯更暗，但安装了一个声控灯，这个声控灯害惨我们一晚，稍咳一声，一点声音它就亮，我们都被吵醒几次，洗浴间很大，挺好的，但水龙头的是比较小而且水柱不集中，分好几个小水柱向四周喷射，还有洗浴房下水道是塞的，出水很慢，洗个澡就水浸，而且水都漫出到洗浴间外面了。

宾馆自称四星级，但是你就没感觉到这是个四星级酒店，酒店连停车场都没有，停车场还要一晚收费十元，宾馆是甘肃的一个窗口，通过这个窗口可以反映出来甘肃的精神面貌，结果我们四星级宾馆的设施也太差，床也特硬，把甘肃的名声都羞辱了。

服务员全程面带微笑，服务很好，看着比较上档次，里面设施配备齐全，温馨，唯一不足的是水温一直调不好，水一下冷一下热，洗澡不方便，其他都不错
