这个酒店从管理和服务上讲是最差的。首先到了前台，说找不到我的订单，我出示了手机上的订单号和订单内容后，居然告诉我他们有携程订单有艺龙订单，太多了搞不清楚。然后在我出示了订单详情后，把一间房办成两间，还自说自话的划了两间房间预授权。另外，前台混乱，一个穿着接待经理花衣服的在那里指手画脚，出了问题，一下子人就跑掉了。这个酒店入口在一条拥挤的主干道上，估计是酒泉唯一一条堵车的路，从进城到酒店开了一个小时。另外酒店附近没有什么合适的吃饭地方，虽然对面有条步行街全是小饭店，但门口卫生状况全贴的一般（分四等好、较好、一般、差）。总体看，订这个酒店定错了，西北一路没碰到这么差的酒店。
