淡季来的，超级满意。两人带小孩，本来预定了大床房，前台看到小孩后给我免费升级了家庭房，顿时心里暖暖的。一百多享受了星级的家庭房，怎能不让我欢喜了。更重要的是服务和设施都是一流的，酒店环境很好，豪华干净整洁，强力推荐云天国际大酒店，超五星好评。

优点很多，位置优越、干净卫生、服务热情等等。但有一点致命缺点，房门隔音太差，一大早7点其他住客在走廊大呼小叫，就被吵醒了，接着服务员又在走廊搞卫生，吸尘器的轰鸣声夹杂着服务员之间的吆喝声，再也无法入睡了。总之对于休闲度假旅游的就不推荐了。

酒店干净整洁，办理入住的时候酒店工作人员非常热情，特别需要表扬的是这个叫做高彩霞的工作人员，还特意把我们扔在房间里的袜子给洗了，简直太棒！
