前台服务非常差，和整个城市整体素质不相符。敦煌的出租车司机和旅游餐饮行业的服务都很棒，这次来唯一不满意的就是这家酒店前台的服务态度，非常没素质。酒店的消防警报还会无故想起来，大清早还再休息，非常刺耳的消防警铃大作，酒店解释是打扫卫生灰尘大触发警报，无语
