房间的卫生很不理想，一进去看到好多的灰尘，不知是入住不高还是很久没搞卫生了，没有暖气，如果不是有电热毯，晚上都要冷死了，早餐很简单，只住一晚，如果住多几晚，肯定受不了，前台的服务员素质有待提高。

帮爸妈定的，他们说还不错。酒店就在主路的边上，比较好找，是正规的酒店，唯一不好的是房间没有空调。早饭也是比较正规的自助餐形式，整体还是不错的。

酒店设施不错，感觉比在九寨沟住的酒店更好一些，干净舒适，卫生间状况良好，热水定时供应，比较充足，有餐厅，也不比外面贵，很方便。
