我想说酒店老板娘你想钱想疯了吗？国家要求退当晚酒店住宿费但是黑心的老板却找借口不退。房费不退就不退就当捐灾区了，但是钱掏了还背个贼的名声，有些太欺负人了！何必说我拿走了你的板凳被子呢？直接说我连床都抬走了。当晚是有这样的人但是我们还是有素质的主要嫌脏撒都没拿出去。而且我们退房时房间是老板娘亲自叫的客房服务员过来检查的，所有物品都在。经过多次联系退房费时却告诉我房费不退只退押金。后来又告诉我我们的房间丢东西了，当时根本就没有查房，难道那天跟着我查房的是**吗？太气人了。既然房间缺东西了为什么又会退我房屋押金100元呢？这不是自己扇自己吗？只能说老板娘你太无耻了！
