酒店号称4星级，根本达不到，提前订的房到酒店前台说没有预订信息，客房空调开到30℃也没热气，洗澡热水也是温温热，花洒是不能取下来的那种，更可恶的是流水方向朝墙面还不能搬动。餐厅菜品还行，但服务员扎堆嘻哈打笑，对客人极不热情。
