酒店在一堆民房内，没有车接的话很难找到，是民房改造，上去需要有一段坡路，路面只能一辆车辆经过的宽度。下面有一个旅游大巴停车点，乱按喇叭非常嘈杂。
房间里的卫生间水龙头是裂的，一打开后面也冒水，喷射到处都是，马桶贴着墙，坐的时候脚只能往一边靠，位置也比较高，160厘米的个子坐便需要稍微颠起脚，很不舒服。洗澡淋浴不是独立的也没有装浴帘，洗澡时很冷，水洒的整个卫生间都湿了，很容易滑倒。
晚上突然没网络了，很多东西查不了，因为移动信号也只有一两格，问了说是外面线路断了，没有办法了。
去景区会有车接送，大堂有九寨沟矿泉水赠送，服务态度还可以。
总体感觉一般吧。

第一晚住的一楼，感觉应该是有点潮，有点味儿，后面两晚换到二楼，就好了。店员服务很好，老板人也好，出回都有安排司机接送，房间够大。特别感谢由于改行程老板推荐的我们去神仙池，还帮忙叫了邻店的车，一路风景很美，神仙池人少，安静，有我想要的感觉😊，邻店的司机推荐的土火锅味道很巴适，牛肉好好吃！！！行程圆满落幕。

非常愉悦的旅行经历！带着父母来看山看水看红叶的最佳住处。服务超好，性价比高。驻店四位司机师傅有幸认识了仨，梁师傅、何弟弟还有一位马师傅，都可称为“老司机”。熟悉路况，驾驶平稳，服务热情、信誉至上！车也都是新车，车况都很好！会推荐亲朋好友们来！
