酒店很干净，服务态度也非常好。还有工作人员仔细讲解到九寨沟如何玩最好。我本来预定的住两天，后来行程改变只住了一天，老板也很理解的答应退一天的房费。很满意的一次。

不错的服务，景点免费接送，离景区入口5公里左右，晚饭免费的部分很简单，但是有免费就是诚意。晚上还有烤薯片和肉串免费拿，真大方。房间大小设施正常，只是厕所有点味道，浴室还有点漏水，晚上可能是水管跳动的声音还是满明显的，可以进一步改进。
