房型与描述不一样，说是一楼，其实差不多是半地下室，不但没有窗，还没空调，经过沟通才换成有窗的房。

非常不愉快的一次住宿。早晨就把房间订好了，酒店也确认有房，驾车赶往酒店的时候已经是晚上11点40分，大人孩子们都很疲惫，在到酒店之前的五分钟，酒店打来电话说我们的房间已经没有了，请我们前往距离十公里外的一个其它酒店入住，无奈又驱车前往，酒店很小很偏僻，导致第二天早晨到达九寨沟以后去晚了票没有买上，没进去。跑了1300多公里的路到了九寨沟又返回，非常扫兴！这是一家没有信誉的酒店。
