非常不满意。冬季来九寨，看到这家评分高，于是满怀期待入住，可是经过两晚体验实在失望。说是有地热可是房间内很阴冷感觉不到一点热气，晚上只能在17度的温度里冻着入睡。白天景区玩完回来一身疲惫和寒气，想洗个热水澡，酒店说电压棒烧坏了，等了一晚上也等不来热水，最后无奈准备睡了，结果就在酒店大门口我们房间窗户的正下方，广场舞音乐吵的人无法睡觉，问前台说能否交涉，答不能，要十点以后才能结束。洗不了热水澡，吵的不能休息，在屋里待着冻的流鼻涕。失望，不建议大家冬季来九寨住这家

酒店是地暖，天冷的时候带老人和小孩去会比较舒服，暖和。酒店自己有发电设备，我们去的时候正好碰到九寨大停电，从别的酒店搬到这里来的，带了老人和孩子，比较舒服。

房间很大，设施也算齐全，有暖气（虽然由于房间比较大暖气效果相对有限），早餐一般。离景区入口有6.5公里，离九寨沟口客运中心有8公里。非自驾游客略有困难，还好酒店对面就是公交车的起点（淡季一小时一班车）开往县城，途径景区入口和沟口客运中心。淡季性价比较高
