什么都好就是酒店的人有些粗心，我们都退房离开九寨沟快3个星期了才告诉我们没有负房费。吧钱转给他们了呢给我们返现携程上面显示的是返现112可是实际返现56....这个让我很费解。

酒店入口在大楼侧边，不太明显！房间没有卫生间，不方便！其他设施、服务、藏浴体验都还不错！带小孩的住这有些不便！

开始觉得没有单独的洗手间很麻烦，但实际上完全不影响，赠送了汗蒸藏药浴还有按摩，都不需要单独再洗漱了。服务员态度很好，环境也很不错。价格包含了按摩和住宿，很划算。
