真心很差，先不说我们到的晚，在外面冻了半小时才开门，房间设施又旧又破，硬是没有热水洗澡，服务员硬说晚八点到早八点有热水，我们凌晨三点到的，放了很久也没出热水，总上一个字，差。

这个很好，商务酒店的样子。房间大，床也大，整体感觉超好，有早餐。就是空调不能用！

前台服务员态度很差。艺龙订单确认后到店无房，说没有收到订单，要求我给本酒店销售部或者艺龙联系，我把艺龙短信给前台服务员看，服务员态度极差不予认可，要我去其它地方住。后联系艺龙客服才给房间。生了一肚子气本来都不想住了，无奈艺龙已收订房担保押金。订酒店一直用艺龙，没有爽约过，但是现在觉得艺龙退步了！
