没有任何说明订A座不能用游泳池，到了才知道，只有B 座可以免费游泳，真缺德，全世界没有这种做法。好在前台的小妹不错，多方协调给我游了两次。第三天我改成B 座了。该酒店的高层管理人员不行。 许多做法不符合高星级酒店管理惯例。建议老板换总经理。
